SHIPPING POLICY
Standard orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days following order confirmation. If for whatever reason this will not be the case, I will contact you right away. I offer free standard USPS first class shipping, and will provide the tracking number to you. If you prefer to pay for USPS Priority shipping shipping, I will cover part of the expense. Store pick-up is available for local customers upon check out.
Randi's Zen Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact your local Post Office. The national customer service number is 800-275-8777 or 800-ASK-USPS.
At this time, I only offer shipping within the United States.
RETURN POLICY
Cancellation requests: Cancellation requests must be made before your order is shipped.
Returns: Please contact me right away if you wish to request a return. All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. For your own protection, shipping with tracking information is requested. Randi's Zen Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Conditions of Return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. I do not charge additional fees for custom orders even though they require a substantial amount of additional time and consideration. Because of this, there will be a 20% restocking fee for returned custom orders.
